SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not liable for any delays resulting from government approval processes or delays caused by clients in submitting payments or required documentation.

SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not accountable for any applications rejected by government authorities.

  • Additional charges from medical centers may apply for medical examinations; these fees may vary across different centers.
  • For mainland licenses, an additional fee of 500 AED is required for e-signature cards. Clients may also incur extra labor fees if there is a change in the company category.
  • All clients with mainland licenses are required to make full payment upon receipt of the payment voucher. Should there be an increase in the payment voucher amount, the client must cover the difference. Delays in payment may lead to the expiration of the voucher (valid for 25 days), after which a fee of 900 AED will be charged to regenerate the payment voucher from DED.
  • Government charges may change without prior notification, and SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for any increases in government fees.
  • Clients must bear the costs associated with any external approvals required depending on the business activity.
  • Following the issuance of the license, any amendments will result in additional costs, which the client must bear.
  • In the event of visa rejection due to medical or security reasons, the visa fees are non-refundable, and SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES holds no responsibility for visa approvals.

 

SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES will not be liable for any overstay fines.

  • Priority services may attract additional charges, payable by the client.
  • Additional visa allocations and visas are available at the standard price. Visa quotas depend on government approvals, and SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for the outcome of such approvals.
  • Additional documents may be required for external approvals from other government entities, depending on the business activity.
  • The business proposal covers only the license formation and visa fees for the specified duration.
  • All license holders are obligated to renew their licenses upon expiry. Failure to renew or cancel the license will result in fines imposed by government authorities. SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for the renewal of licenses.
  • The license holder is entitled to cancel their license at any time, provided all cancellation requirements are met. Cancellation fees will apply.
  • License-issuing authorities reserve the right to take legal actions and request the settlement of penalties related to the license and visas issued.

 

SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES reserves the right to cease all services if there are any outstanding or overdue payments.

  • Rules, regulations, and fees related to licensing services, immigration, and visas are subject to modifications by the respective authorities without prior notice.
  • All indicated timelines start upon receipt of payment and may be influenced by government holidays or unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
  • All license holders must fulfill their financial obligations towards their employees (salaries, allowances, vacation time, etc.) as per the Employment Agreement signed by both parties and in accordance with UAE law.

 

SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not liable for any legal or administrative actions or fines imposed on the company by government authorities.

  • Government authorities’ compliance departments may request additional documents at any stage of the process.

 

SETUPROS CORPORATE SERVICES is not responsible for the authenticity of the documents and signatures provided.

  • Administrative and processing fees will apply for amending licenses and adding visas.
